Yes!!!! Costa Rica is confirmed to be the “Billabong World Surfing Games for 2009”.

The event will take place in Playa Hermosa, from July 28 to August 09, 2009.

Playa Hermosa is located Central Pacific of the country next to Jaco Beach, about 2 hours away from the San Jose International airport and is well known because of the world class surfing features offered buy the exotic spot.
